  More information about selected procedures:

 Brow Lift
Brow lift is performed from 3 approaches. Endoscopic brow and forehead lift is performed
via small hidden incisions in the scalp. Direct brow lift is performed via incisions above the brow or in the creases in the forehead or hairline. Internal brow lift is performed in conjunction with an upper blepharoplasty (Eyelid lift). Through the same upper eyelid crease incision the brow fat pad is sculpted and inferior traction released to raise the temporal brow. Frown lines between the brows (glabellar folds) can be improved and the medial brow elevated which provides a permanent Botox©-like effect by removing the brow furrow muscles.

Eyelid Lift
An Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty) is the removal of excess skin, muscle and fatty tissues from the upper and lower eyelids. This is the most common facial cosmetic surgery and has the highest level of patient satisfaction. Upper lid surgery is performed through a crease incision to reduce excess tissue and form a natural crease. Lower lid surgery is usually performed from inside the eyelid to hide the incision. Fat prolapsed in the lower eyelids is sculpted or repositioned to give you a more youthful appearance and help fill the hollow dark circles under your eyes. Lower lid wrinkles are improved by tightening at the outside corner, lateral canthopexy, a combined peel, or skin removal.

Face Lift
Face lift is an excellent surgery to rejuvenate and elevate your lower face, jowls, and neck lines with only a limited incision in front of the ear and under the earlobe. Women can immediately hide the incision with hair. Soft tissues are elevated and repositioned to provide a more youthful appearance. Swelling is minimal and recovery is rapid from the face lift approach used by Dr Jones.

Mid Face Lift
Midface lift helps correct the sagging of the cheeks and midface that occurs with aging. It also improves the nasolabial folds (fold from the nose to the corner of the mouth). Elevation of the sagging cheek fat pads and the midface provides a more youthful appearance and higher appearing cheekbones. It is usually combined with a lateral canthopexy, an elevation and tightening of the outside corner of the eyelids to provide a youthful, happy appearance.

Botox©
Botox© is a purified neurotoxin produced by the clostridium bacteria. It weakens muscle action by blocking nerve impulses. Tiny doses are injected under the skin to eliminate wrinkles and expression lines. Areas treated with Botox© include the forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, eyelids, lips, chin and neck bands. Botox© is injected with a tiny needle and usually causes little discomfort. The effect lasts an average of 3-6 months depending on injection site and dosage. Botox© is the best and most popular facial cosmetic advance in years. Botox© also provides excellent relief for selected migraine and stress related headaches, eyelid and facial squeezing disorders, facial asymmetry and palsy as well as hyperhidrosis (excess sweating) of armpits, palms of hands, and feet.

Fillers
Numerous agents can be used as fillers to help fill creases or augment the face and lips. Excellent fillers, containing naturally occurring body substances such as hyaluronic acids and hyroxyapatite, are now available to augment the lips and fill contour defects and creases. Volumizing the face with fillers helps give a facelift-like effect. The nasolabial folds, melolabial folds, and lips are preferred sites of injection. Deeper fillers can be used to provide cheek, jaw, and chin augmentation. Results are immediate with no down time and last from months to years. With hyaluronic acid type fillers, the effects can be reversed if one is unsatisfied with the appearance.

Chemical Peels
TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) is our most common facial peel and greatly improves aging changes including irregular pigmentation, age spots, fine wrinkles, and excess skin. Healing occurs rapidly within 1-2 weeks depending on the strength of the peel and care during recovery. Pain is minimal if the face is lubricated during the healing process. Laser peels, photo facials and light treatment s of numerous types may also be selected to improve skin quality, pigmentation, and wrinkles.

Latisse
LATISSE® solution is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker and darker. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.  LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% works gradually and remarkably - with full results after 12 to 16 weeks. Once you begin treatment, you must continue applying the topical solution each night and follow the directions for best results. Remember results are gradual over time. If you stop using LATISSE®, your eyelashes are expected to return to their previous appearance over several weeks to months. Your eyelashes will experience real measurable growth.  LATISSE® works from the inside out. As the treatment progresses, you will begin to see changes in length, thickness and darkness gradually. After week 16, you will see the full effect of LATISSE®.

“Since surgery I see much better because my eyelids close together to produce the tears for clear vision.”
